Eligibility
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If that time elapses since your service, we can’t offer you a partial or full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, there must be a proof of payment and service poorly offered or not offered at all.
Refund is limited to monies paid directly to our company and not those paid to entities we offer services on behalf e.g. eCitizen.
Procedure
We shall require that a customer writes us an email requesting for a refund
The proof of payment and reasons for refund should be included in the email
The account through which the customer needs to be refunded should be included (this should be the same as the account they used when paying us and if different, reasons should be given)
Our staff shall verify the request and if genuine, make a refund within 48 hours. If not eligible, the customer shall be notified of the same with reasons.
Exchanges
If a customer opts for it, the company can offer a similar service or make amends necessary at no extra cost .
Refund Deductions
Transaction cost for the refunded amount shall be extracted from to protect the Company from unnecessary losses.
For a service not successful due to errors from customer’s side, the Company shall retain an amount equal to the effort it made throughout the process and only a partial refund shall be made.
